Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To resolve this quickly, please send us a message at Support@mugsyoulike.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos clearly showing the damage or error.
Once we verify the issue, we will be happy to send you a free replacement.
Lost Packages
If your order seems to be lost in transit, please first check the tracking information. If there are no updates or the package is significantly delayed, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns, Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because every item is printed on demand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any of the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You changed your mind about the product (buyer's remorse).
- You do not like the product for other reasons.
Please check the sizing charts carefully before you place your order. We provide detailed measurements in each product description to help you find the perfect fit.
Final Sale Items: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us by the courier because of an insufficient or incorrect address, we will contact you. The buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipment costs.
We will send an invoice for the new shipping label once we have confirmed an updated and correct address with you.
